If you are still seeing error messages, please clear your browser's cache.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
- Selectcache, cookies, temporary internet files, history (exact wording varies) – and clickdelete.
- Close and re-openyourbrowser.

Access has been restored to most of TEL's databases. We are still working to restore access toTEL4U.org, HeritageQuest and Tennessee Records on Ancestry.com. There is also limited access to support documentation from databases provided by Gale.
We are currently experiencing access issues for TEL resources. We are working to restore access to the resources.
